This Gelato & Tiramisu Cooking Class is the ultimate Italian dessert class! Most Tuscan classes make you choose (gelato OR tiramisu), but we do both! And the entire activity is wonderfully intimate, like cooking at a friend’s house.

-You're looking for a class that features both Gelato and Tiramisu (and teaches you how to make everything from scratch like an Italian pro).
-You're looking for a true hands-on activity: No "demonstrations"—you’ll be the chef, whisking and mixing from minute one (though your instructor is always there to help and give you a hand).
-You prefer small groups: We limit your classes to 10 participants, to ensure that the experience is intimate, warm, unhurried, and genuinely fun.
-You're looking for an activity that is open for everyone: This class is perfect for solo travelers, couples, groups of friends, and families (kids ages 7+).

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Enter through the gate, turn right, and continue driving along the road all the way up until you reach the main entrance to the building. Our instructor will meet you at the main entrance, by the door.
What to expect
This is a fully hands-on cooking class, in a small, relaxed group. Your warm and welcoming instructor will guide you through every step, making sure everyone feels comfortable and has fun — whether you're a seasoned cook or have never made gelato or tiramisu.
No experience needed, just an appetite!
This class is offered as part of THE LOCALS' TABLE project, promoting Tuscany's delicious food products through exciting experiential activities.
