To ensure a seamless and unhurried start to your experience, please provide a preferred meeting point such as your hotel lobby, a nearby train station exit, or a recognizable landmark. We kindly ask that you are ready 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will allow a 30-minute grace period should any delays arise. Complimentary private pickup and drop-off are included for accommodations within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Airport and port pickups are not available. For locations outside central Tokyo, private transfer arrangements can be made for an additional ¥10,000 (cash). The experience runs approximately 8–9 hours, inclusive of travel time. Larger parties of more than six guests may be accommodated for an additional fee.
