Our customer representative reviews the reservation details and confirms them through the system.
A VIP vehicle is reserved for the specified date of transfer.
If the guest has special requests (child seat, beverage preference, language preference, etc.), they are contacted and preparations are made accordingly.
3. Transfer Day – Pre Pick-up
30 minutes before the scheduled transfer time, our driver waits near the designated location.
The guest receives an SMS or WhatsApp message with driver details, vehicle plate number, and contact information.
4. Pick-up
Our driver welcomes the guest at the exact time and location with a specially prepared Viatora VIP vehicle.
A personalized name sign is used to greet the guest (especially at airports or bus terminals).
Luggage is carefully loaded, and the guest is comfortably seated in the vehicle.
5. Journey Process
During the ride, VIP privileges such as Wi-Fi, beverage service, and music selection are offered.
The driver ensures a safe and comfortable journey along the chosen route.
Weather, traffic, and other conditions are checked in advance to select the most efficient route.
6. Arrival – Drop-off
Our driver takes the guest directly to their hotel, accommodation, or designated destination.
Luggage assistance and final checks are performed.
