    Stop at the traditional fishermen’s village for a detailed explanation of its history and the lives of the local fishermen, whose traditions shaped the community for generations. Learn about poncha, the iconic island drink originally made by fishermen, including its ingredients and preparation. Hear also about Winston Churchill’s historic visit, which inspired some of his famous paintings From the bay. After the introduction, guests take a short walk through the village, passing Churchill’s statue and several creative monuments made from recycled materials, including a striking monk seal sculpture. The stroll continues to the opposite side of the bay, offering an incredible panoramic view of the coastline and the charming village.
