Drive to Historic Windsor and the venue is right next to a big council carpark with ample parking lots. Otherwise, take the Sydney Train to Windsor and stroll through the Oval Park and Windsor iconic water wheel on George Street--15mins. We are right inside the Old Post Office Arcade on Shop 13-14.

What to expect

This 90 mins class (basic) is beginner-friendly, as you will be guided step-by-step by your experienced teacher at BLISS. Instructor holds a Diploma in Wagashi from Tokyo and has been practicing wagashi making for nearly seven years now, which are primarily made using plant ingredients. All colorings used are organic superfood powders from Nature.
All materials are also gently handmade and prepared without microwaves.
You will learn how to color your dough and make three assorted creative designs reflecting the beauty of current season with your imagination. All ingredients used are vegan friendly. At the end of the class, you will be able to bring home your creative designs in special gift box.
