To ensure smooth and timely service, please note the following: Please provide the exact address of your accommodation (hotel, resort, or Airbnb name). Pick-up time must be confirmed in advance. If you don't include it when booking, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email to coordinate. If you arrive at the airport, please provide your flight number and estimated arrival time. Our team monitors flights in real time to adjust pickup times if there are delays. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign that says “Touristic Car Service” or your full name in the authorized departure area. If you can't find your driver right away, you can contact us via WhatsApp at the number provided in your confirmation. Important: Changing the departure time at the last minute is not permitted. Any modification must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered a “no show” and no refund will be issued.
What to expect
The customer selects the desired type of transportation (car or van), the number of passengers, the pick-up point, and the destination. Reservations can be made via Viator, WhatsApp, or directly.
Confirmation of details
Once the reservation is made, the customer is asked to confirm the following information:
Full name
Exact address of the hotel, Airbnb or airport
Flight number (if applicable)
Preferred pickup time
Vehicle and driver assignment
The logistics team assigns a driver and appropriate vehicle (Hyundai Sonata or Hyundai Grand Starex) based on the number of passengers, schedule, and route.
Flight tracking (if applicable)
For airport services, the team monitors flight status in real time to adjust pickup times in case of delays or early arrivals.
Customer pickup
The driver arrives on time at the agreed point:
Airport: authorized departure area, with a “Touristic Car Service” sign or customer name.
Hotel or residence: at the main entrance or agreed point.
Transfer to the destination
During the trip, the client travels privately, with no additional stops unless previously requested.
Additional stops cost $15 USD per stop and must not exceed 15 minutes.
Arrival at destination
The driver drops the client off at the main entrance of the hotel, airport, or specified address.
The trip is verified to have been completed correctly, and support is provided if additional assistance is needed.
