Inside, you’ll enter a warm creative haven. You’ll choose your wood jackfruit, rosewood, acacia, or flood-fallen timber lovingly reclaimed after the storms. Each block holds its own scent, grain, and quiet history.

You’ll hear tales from Vietnam’s craft villages like Đồng Kỵ and Chàng Sơn, then begin carving your piece a board, coaster, small creature, or whatever your heart imagines. Using simple tools, you’ll feel something soften: presence, calm, connection.
Tea is served.

When your creation is ready, you’ll wrap it in a handmade cloth bag, and write a small note to yourself or someone you love.

As a heartfelt gesture, we’ll also share local tips and help you explore Hanoi in meaningful ways. Mộc Thôn is more than a workshop.
