An immersive and unique experience in Barcelona: release your emotions by painting a large-format work, without pressure, in an intimate and inspiring workshop in the heart of Gràcia. a space where you can release your emotions without judgment, let the unconscious speak, express what you dare not say otherwise. A quiet break, a sensory bubble, where everyone can regain their spontaneity, as in childhood. You don’t have to be an artist: anyone can create here. The focus is on the process, not the outcome. It is liberating, accessible, rewarding. Painting on a large format (1m50 x 1m), with bombs, markers or hands, is a body experience. And to leave with your canvas is to keep a tangible trace of yourself. What you're going to create is unique. And you will discover yourself through color.

What to expect

Immerse yourself in “Les Couleurs de ta Lumière”, a studio-gallery bathed in creativity in Gràcia. Release your emotions on canvas 1m50x1m, without any pressure: paints, bombs, pastels, markers, brushes, tennis ball, boxing glove, rope and protections are provided. Choose your support, book 1 hour and let your gestures tell your story. Here, free expression becomes a sensory, playful and therapeutic journey, conducive to letting go and (re)connecting to oneself. Alone, with friends or family, experience a bubble of freedom where each color reflects your inner light.No level required, just the desire to create and free. Once your canvas dries, you leave with it, rolled under the arm.
