First developed in the early 1990s, this little inlet of the Swan River is surrounded by beautiful apartments and cafes. Enjoy a quiet walk around the harbour and take photos of the relfections of the lights in the calm waters of the river.

This iconic landmark is lit up at night, the colours change from night to night, it always provides a great photo opportunity at night as the light shimmers on the surface of the Swan River.

The latest edition to Perth's nightscape, the Boorloo Bridge opened in December 24, a pedestrian and cyclist crossing to provide safe passage over the Swan River. It is another everchanging lightscape and a great photo opportunity.

Sitting on top of Mt Eliza with panoramic views over Perth city and the Swan River, Kings Park is another fabulous spot to practice your night photography skills. Also a great spot to see a full moon.
