Our vehicles seat up to 6 passengers comfortably. Please see the recommended maximum seat capacity, below inclusive of luggage*:

*Estimated luggage size=max. 27 inches.
If there are more passengers or more pieces of luggage than the vehicle can accommodate, the driver has the right to refuse service due to road safety regulations. Should this occur, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Child seat requirement
When making your booking, please indicate if you require a child seat under ‘Special Requirements’. We will try our best to accommodate your request(s). Please note that Singapore's Road Traffic Act has mandated the use of age-appropriate child seats for all passengers under 1.35 meters in height.
If you're late
Your driver will wait for up to 1 hour from your scheduled pick-up time. No-shows or late arrivals beyond the stipulated waiting times are non-refundable.
What to expect
During booking, please provide your flight number, flight arrival time, terminal, and drop-off point under "Special Requirements".
After booking, your assigned driver will contact you to confirm your flight details that you have provided at booking, as well as your intended drop-off point.
Pick-up instructions
Your driver will wait for you at the arrival gate nearest to your flight’s baggage carousel. He/she will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Final Drop-off
Your journey concludes with a direct drop-off at your hotel lobby or anywhere of your choice in the city. Your driver assists with unloading your bags at the curb, ensuring you arrive refreshed, on time, and ready for your next chapter.
