Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is included for guests staying within Arusha city limits. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time (08:00 AM) to ensure a timely departure.
Our driver will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle and will identify themselves upon arrival. Should you have any difficulty locating the vehicle or if there are any unexpected delays, please contact our team directly
Pickup details, including the exact time and location, will be confirmed with you via email, phone, or WhatsApp after booking. Return transportation to your original pickup point is also included at the conclusion of the tour.
