Pickup is available from hotels, resorts, villas, and other accessible locations throughout our designated Koh Tao service area. Please provide your exact accommodation or preferred pickup location when booking.

For smooth coordination, we kindly ask travelers to provide a WhatsApp number that can be reached while in Koh Tao. Our team may use WhatsApp to confirm your pickup location, pickup time, meeting instructions, and any updates regarding your experience.

Your transportation will be provided by a pickup truck. When your driver arrives, please confirm that the driver is from Blue Wave Adventure and show the driver the name used for your booking before getting into the vehicle. This helps ensure you are meeting the correct driver and vehicle.

Your chauffeur will confirm the pickup details and time with you in advance. Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed time. Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may require meeting at the nearest accessible point.

If you would like to be picked up from a location that is not listed, please provide the address or location details when booking so we can confirm accessibility.
