    Your safari begins the moment you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). You'll be warmly greeted by a representative from our safari company who will assist you with the transfer to your luxurious hotel in Arusha. You will check in to the Arusha Grand Melia Hotel, haven of luxury and comfort. Settle into your room, relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views of Mount Meru. Your guide will meet you for a pre-safari briefing, answering any questions and outlining the exciting days ahead.

    Often overlooked, Arusha National Park is a beautiful gem. It offers a completely different landscape from the other parks you'll visit. Today's game drive might include a unique walking safari or a canoeing safari on Lake Momella (optional, at an extra cost), escorted by an armed ranger. You'll see herds of buffalo, giraffes, zebras and colobus monkeys in the montane forest, with the majestic backdrop of Mount Meru.
