What to expect

The experience takes place outdoors, among vineyards, cypresses and rolling hills, in the heart of the municipal territory of San Gimignano. Here you will prepare together with your host a complete menu inspired by Tuscan tradition, using local and seasonal ingredients.

During the cooking class you will realize:

fresh tomato and basil bruschetta

handmade egg noodles

seasonal seasoning of the Tuscan tradition

Spoon dessert: tiramisu

At the end of the preparation, you will sit at the table for a convivial lunch, enjoying the dishes prepared with your own hands, accompanied by local wine – Vernaccia di San Gimignano or Chianti Colli Senesi – as well as water and coffee.

The experience is designed for small groups (minimum 2, maximum 6 participants), to ensure a family atmosphere, a direct relationship with the host and an authentic approach to Tuscan cuisine, away from standardized tourist contexts.
