What to expect
Begin with a short introduction to elephant diet, daily care, and responsible observation. From a designated viewing area, watch a keeper-led feeding session while learning about the types of food elephants eat.
Next, visit the elephant dung paper area and follow the journey from naturally collected dung to handmade paper. Learn how the undigested plant fibers are cleaned, processed, formed into sheets, and dried.
Finish with a guided art workshop. Choose one activity: paint on handmade elephant dung paper, decorate a small elephant model, or paint an elephant-shaped refrigerator magnet. All necessary art materials are provided, and you can take your finished creation home as a personal Phuket souvenir.
This experience focuses on education, creativity, recycling, and respectful elephant observation.
