The tour guide will be waiting outside the Zanabazar Museum, holding a sign that says "Khamariin Khiid."
Ride in a comfy big van to Sainshand, home to the sacred Khamariin Khiid Monastery.
Check in to a traditional Mongolian ger lodge. Take some time to rest recharge before heading out to the monastery.
Enter Shambala, known as the World Spiritual Energy Center and a popular pilgrimage site. We'll guide you through each Buddhist rituals and receive the special energy from the site.
We'll visit the nearby meditation caves where Danzan Ravjaa once meditated for 108 days at a time. We will walk through the cave known as the 'Mother's Womb,' symbolizing rebirth, and rest on healing rocks believed to restore the body's energy. Afterwards, we’ll stop by a bell tower known for connecting with good spirits and bringing positive energy to those who ring it
We will come back to our accommodation ger and have Mongolian traditional dinner "jimbii" khorkhog.
In the evening, we’ll head to the nearby Gobi Desert to enjoy the sunset, sip wine, and watch the stars light up the sky.
We’ll head up Khan Bayanzurkh Mountain, the “Mountain of Wishes.” With two paths and resting spots, it’s said that whispering your wish at the top will make it come true.
We’ll visit the sacred Buddhist temple nearby, with the option to have prayers performed by the lamas residing there. It’s a living monastery where traditional rituals and ceremonies continue to this day.
We’ll visit the Danzanravjaa Museum, dedicated to the founder of Khamariin Khiid Monastery — a famous Mongolian poet, scholar, and spiritual leader. His precious belongings and artwork are preserved here. Enjoy a guided tour to learn more about his life and legacy.
