Pickup Details Your guide will pick you up directly from your hotel, ryokan, or guesthouse in Kyoto City, or from a designated location such as Kyoto Station. If your accommodation is outside Kyoto City or more than 10 km from central Kyoto, pickup will be arranged from Kyoto Station or a nearby meeting point. Meeting Point at Your Hotel Please wait in the hotel lobby or just outside the main entrance at the scheduled pickup time. Meeting Point at Kyoto Station Please go to the Karasuma Central Exit (ground level), where your guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your name or “KyotoNusa Tours.” Please be ready 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
