- You must enter the park within your reserved time slot. Late entry is not permitted, and tickets are non-refundable.
- A strict real-name registration policy is enforced. You are responsible for any issues or denied entry resulting from incorrect personal information.
- Prohibited items include glass cups, thermoses, lighters, and walking sticks. High heels are not allowed on the Glass Bridge. Please store these items in advance to avoid delays.
