1. Our customer service will contact you one day in advance to provide the vehicle information (phone number and license plate number). 2. Please arrive at the meeting point about 20 minutes before departure.

We require all guests to arrive 20 minutes before their trip launches. This is the meeting location . Guest will check in and then be transported to the put in. At the end of the trip they will end up back at this office.

- 1. Weather & Water Level: Check local weather and water conditions before departure. Avoid rafting during thunderstorms, heavy rain, or when water levels are rising rapidly.
- 2. Physical Health: Ensure you do not have conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, or any other illnesses unsuitable for strenuous or high-stimulation activities. Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or medication.
- 3. Clothing Choice: Wear quick-drying clothes and avoid cotton garments (as they become heavy when wet).Shoes must have backs on them; flip flops and crocs not allowed.
- 4. Sun Protection: Apply waterproof sunscreen, and wear a sun hat and sunglasses (strap recommended).
- 5. Food: The rafting activity is physically demanding. You may bring your own lunch, water, bread, and other snacks. For those who prefer not to carry their own, rest stops are available along the way.

- 1. Belongings Safety: Do not bring mobile phones, cameras, or other non-waterproof electronic devices or valuables on the raft. It is recommended to bring your own waterproof bag.
