Join a traditional Sri Lankan cooking class in a scenic open-air hut overlooking tea-covered mountains. Guided by local host Thakshila, you’ll wear a sarong, cook with clay pots, and learn step-by-step how to prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes using fresh, local ingredients. A hands-on, cultural experience full of flavor and tradition.

What to expect

Guests have opportunity to experience a traditional Sri Lankan meal – wearing a sarong while learning the process of how to cook a Sri Lankan meal with clay pottery in an open window hut, having a view of the tea field mountains.
