• Complimentary hotel pickup is available within 8 km driving distance from Khaosan Road and Rambuttri area (based on actual road routes).
• Guests staying outside the 8 km pickup area are required to meet at the meeting point. Hotel pickup is not available for these locations. Guests staying outside the pickup area must travel to the meeting point at their own expense.

Lampoo Ocean Travel Office – 08:30–08:40 AM
• Pickup time depends on your hotel location. Hotels farther from the main pickup route may be scheduled for earlier pickup starting from 07:00 AM, while hotels closer to Khaosan Road and Rambuttri will have later pickup times.
• As this is a shared join-in group tour, guests who are picked up earlier may need to remain in the vehicle while we collect other guests from different hotels before leaving Bangkok.
• The pickup process may take up to 60–90 minutes depending on distance, hotel locations, and traffic conditions.
• Pickup time will be reconfirmed one day before the tour.
• Please wait at your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
