Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The meeting point is just after the baggage claim area, clearly visible and easy to reach. Luggage assistance is included for one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. If you are traveling with more luggage, please let us know in advance to ensure the proper vehicle is arranged. If you have any specific meeting point requests (e.g., café, airport info desk), you can let us know at the time of booking and we will accommodate your preference.
