Pickup is available from all major hotels and resorts in Negril, including Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, as well as villas, guesthouses, and private Airbnbs in the surrounding areas.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup area at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Due to the longer driving distance to Ocho Rios, pickup times may be early morning. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
For guests staying at private residences or smaller properties without a lobby, please provide your full address and contact number at the time of booking. Pickup will be arranged at the main entrance or the nearest accessible meeting point.
Drivers will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle and confirm your booking name upon arrival. If you have any questions on the day of your tour, our team will be available via phone or WhatsApp for assistance.
There’s no need to worry about flight delays or early arrivals — we monitor all flights in real-time to ensure your driver is there when you land. We offer a complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes after your flight touches down.
For your departure, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or designated pickup area at the confirmed time. To ensure a timely departure, we recommend being ready at least 10 minutes early.
