Pickup is available from all major hotels in Negril and from Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, as well as select villas, guesthouses, and private residences within the area.

Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Due to the distance to Martha Brae and the evening timing of the Luminous Lagoon experience, pickup may be scheduled in the early afternoon. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.

For guests staying at Grand Palladium, pickup is typically at the main lobby entrance. If you are staying at a private residence or smaller property without a lobby, please provide your full address and a reachable contact number at the time of booking. Pickup will be arranged at the main gate or nearest accessible meeting point.
