This is a photo walk for the curious, a mindful experience for the seekers of meaning — a slow, fun and creative approach to the city of Lisbon, slightly off the tourist trails.
During the walk, you will be assigned a creative challenge that will stimulate your vision and enable you to make intentional, strong images. You will explore deeper layers of Lisbon.
Whether you’re a seasoned photographer or an absolute beginner armed only with a smartphone, give yourself the opportunity to experience the joy of seeing.
Escape from the crowds, embrace photography as a mindful exploration.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The exact meeting point will be confirmed and there will be live-location on Whatsapp to make it easy to meet up.
What to expect
Groups are min. 4 pers and max. 10.
The email will precise the meeting spot and time.
You are responsible for getting there on time. We will not wait more than a few minutes. There will be a chat group for live-location and other updates during the walk.
During the walk:
1. Meet the guide and the group, discover the photographic challenge, short discussion of a mindful approach to photography
2. A slow-paced walk through a vibrant neigbourhood of Lisbon, which will allow to dedicate plenty of time to making intentional and strong images, following the rules of the photographic challenge of the day.
3. The walk is not necessarily circular but in any case it will end near a place where you can get a drink and a snack, and from where it is easy to get to the City centre.
After the walk (optional)
Within a week, receive feedback on your selection of 5 images made during the walk.
