You’ll be welcomed into the MindSlí Studio in Corbett Court Shopping Centre and invited to choose your theme:

Starter Set (a mix of stations across themes — perfect for first-timers)

Focused Journeys:
• Work & Identity (solo)
• Purpose & Meaning (solo)
• Love (couple)
• Friendship (couple)

At your own pace, move through 10 interactive stations. You might check in with your emotions, consider how much you live your ""happiness list", reflect on your relationships, or map out what makes live meaningful to you. Everything is private and self-guided — no group sharing or pressure.

Most visitors spend 30–40 minutes, with 15 min extra per person for a group. You’ll leave with personal insights written on your reflection cards, a sense of calm and clarity, and a hot drink with a piece of philosophical chocolate.

What to expect

MindSlí is Ireland’s first self-discovery studio — an interactive space in the heart of Galway where psychology and philosophy come alive. Step away from the noise of daily life and take time for reflection through 10 creative stations. You can begin with our Starter Set — a mix of themes to sample different areas of life — or choose a focused journey:

Work & Identity – solo exploration of career, values, and motivation

Purpose & Meaning – solo exploration of what truly matters

Love – for couples to reflect on their relationship

Friendship – for friends to celebrate and deepen their bond
& more themes to choose from.

Each theme leads you through playful, thought-provoking exercises, leaving you with clarity, inspiration, and even a piece of ‘philosophical chocolate’ to take home.
