What to expect
Upon arrival, I will welcome you on my private terrace with a 360° view of Barcelona. After a short introduction and some anecdotes about sangria and its history, I will prepare DE homemade versions DE this iconic drink — a traditional one, and a more original one, based DE unexpected cava or fruit.
I will show you every step DE the preparation, the local ingredients used, and I will tell you my tips to achieve a real Spanish sangria, well balanced. Once the glasses are filled, make way for tasting, accompanied DE typical Catalan tapas.
You can enjoy DE view, chat freely, take pictures and ask all your questions. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm, ideal for an authentic break during your stay in Barcelona.
