1Atlas Mountains View
Travelers will journey from Marrakech into the High Atlas Mountains, driving along the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass, the highest paved mountain road in Morocco. This scenic route offers sweeping views of rugged peaks, deep valleys, and traditional Berber villages built into the mountainsides. Along the way, there will be planned photo stops to enjoy the panoramic landscapes and learn about local Berber life, architecture, and mountain traditions. Travelers will have time to stretch their legs, take pictures, and appreciate the dramatic change in scenery from the plains of Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains before continuing toward southern Morocco.

2Ait Ben Haddou
Travelers will visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous and well-preserved kasbahs in Morocco. Accompanied by their guide, travelers will explore the historic clay village on foot, walking through narrow alleys, traditional houses, and ancient defensive walls. During the visit, travelers will learn about the history of the kasbah, its role as an important stop along historic caravan routes, and the traditional Berber architecture made from earth and straw. There will be time to climb to the upper viewpoints of the kasbah for panoramic views over the surrounding valley and river. Ait Ben Haddou is also internationally recognized as a filming location for many Hollywood movies and TV series, making it one of Morocco’s most iconic cultural landmarks. After the visit, travelers will continue the journey toward southern Morocco.

Ouarzazate (Pass by)
Travelers pass through Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Sahara,” with views of palm groves, desert landscapes, and kasbah-style architecture. The guide shares brief information about Ouarzazate’s role as a film location and former caravan crossroads. This is a scenic drive-through, with no scheduled stop.

El Kelaa M'gouna (Pass by)
Travelers continue through the Valley of the Roses and along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing lush palm groves, historic fortified villages, and dramatic canyon scenery. The guide explains the cultural and historical importance of the area and points out unique natural landscapes.

3Discover Todra Gorge with Locals - Tourist Information & Experience Center
Travelers visit the Todra Gorge, a spectacular canyon with towering red-rock cliffs. Guests can walk along the gorge floor, take photos, and admire the dramatic scenery. The guide explains the geological formation, history, and local legends associated with the gorge. There may be short stops to explore small trails or viewpoints.

4Erg Chebbi
The day begins with a visit to a traditional Berber house, where travelers learn about local life, architecture, and customs. Next, they stop at a carpet workshop to see Berber carpets handwoven and hear the stories behind the patterns. Travelers enjoy a leisurely walk through Tinghir’s oasis gardens, seeing palms, plants, and irrigation channels. The journey continues to Todra Gorge, where they walk along the canyon floor and take photos. Later, at Erg Chebbi, guests enjoy a camel ride and optional sandboarding, before arriving at the desert camp for dinner, Berber music, and a fire under the stars.
