Join a real Northern Lights chase with a small group and a local guide in the heart of Vesterålen. This is not a fixed-location tour—we follow the weather and aurora forecasts to find the clearest skies each night. Some evenings we stay near Sortland, other times we drive over the mountains in search of open sky. You’ll travel in a warm vehicle, enjoy hot drinks and snacks, and receive free aurora photos taken by your guide. Along the way, you’ll learn about the Northern Lights, Arctic nature, and local culture. With fewer guests, there's more flexibility and a personal atmosphere—perfect for those who want an authentic, quiet experience under the Arctic sky.

Along the way, your guide will share insights about the aurora, help you with camera settings, and take professional-quality photos of you with the lights (photos included). You'll travel in a warm, comfortable vehicle with hot drinks and light snacks to keep you cozy. This is not a fixed-location tour. It’s a flexible, authentic chase—every night is different, and your guide will adjust the route to give you the best chance of seeing the Northern Lights in the wild Arctic landscape.
