    Operating Schedule: Morning: Depart from your location at 9:00 AM with our English-speaking guide to Materuni Village. Upon arrival we will register at the village office and start our tour right away Meet our English-speaking guide to Materuni Village who will give us history of Chagga all the way to the village. Mid-Morning: We will start with the visit the waterfalls which is a short hiking takes around 40 minutes’ walk away. The waterfalls is 90 meters/295 feet high. On the way, your local guide will inform you about the culture of the Chagga people, village lifestyle and explain the surrounding fauna and flora. You will see birds, Chameleons and even squirrels. The views are truly breath-taking, and with some luck you will see the summit of mountain Kilimanjaro. Towards the Afternoon: You slowly return, where you will experience a traditional Chagga lunch. But that’s not all as the coffee experience awaits you. Here you will learn how coffee is cultivated, dried, roasted and further processed. You will also be invited to participate with the grinding of the coffee beans, which is traditionally accompanied by Chagga songs and dances -a fun way to immerse yourself in the local culture. Late Afternoon: Return to Moshi/Arusha town.
