Each stop represents a different culture that has shaped Astoria’s food scene. From Colombian bakeries and Georgian dumplings to Taiwanese street food, Greek markets, Indian snacks, and classic NYC Italian pastries.

Meet in front of Queens Public Library (14-01 Broadway, Astoria). Look for your guide near the entrance. Steinway St Station (N/W trains) is a 5 minute walk. Early arrivals can browse the library.

Make sure to come hungry! We’ll meet right in front of the Queens Library on Broadway. It’s easy to find, close to the R/M train via Steinway Station. Feel free to use the bathroom here before the tour begins! (Please note: The library is closed on Sundays, but we will still meet outside in the same spot.)
As we introduce each other and get a run down of the tour, we will eat Pandebono straight from the local bakery. It is warm, cheesy, and slightly chewy.
