Shameless Dance is a 2-hour experience that brings you back into your body through movement, music, and energy.
Expect a mix of training, sweat, music, laughter, and connection — no pressure, no performance, just a space to move and feel good in your body.
Inspired by the spirit of Ibiza, it’s the perfect way to activate your energy before stepping into the island’s nightlife.

What to expect
A 2-hour experience combining movement and a Beach Ritual by the sea.
The first hour is a guided movement session.
It begins with a short moment to arrive into the body using silent disco headphones, followed by mobility, strength work, stretching, and a short improvised movement phase.
After the session, the experience continues by the sea with a relaxed Beach Ritual: music, drinks, light snacks, and playful group moments.
Available in the morning or evening.
Open to both women and men, and suitable for all levels.
