We begin our journey at the breathtaking Shangri-La Springs, a 1921 wellness retreat and the site of our first culinary experience. You’ll dine at the resort’s acclaimed restaurant, Harvest & Wisdom, featuring a "farm-to-table" tasting prepared with organic ingredients pulled directly from the onsite gardens. After our meal, we’ll explore the property's medicinal springs and walk beneath the canopy of the massive Mysore Fig tree, discovering how this site became the "fountain of youth" for early Florida travelers.

Our second stop brings us to the high-energy, local-favorite Sugarshack Downtown. Famous for its "Sugarshack Sessions" that have garnered millions of views online, this iconic outdoor venue is the pulse of the Bonita Springs music scene. You'll enjoy a curated tasting of their bold, signature dishes while taking in the vibrant atmosphere of the open-air stage. Your guide will share how this backyard-style venue transformed into a world-renowned music destination right here in Old Bonita.

Located along the banks of the Imperial River, Riverside Park is the cultural heart of Old Bonita. We will stroll through this picturesque park, shaded by moss-draped live oaks, to see the historic Liles Hotel and the charming artist cottages. Your guide will share stories of the early pioneers and the river's importance to the town's development. It’s a perfect, breezy spot for a historical deep dive between our culinary tasting stops.
