You can easily identify it by: Uniform: Wear a shirt with the logo of our company, JA Transfers and Tours. Sign : It will bear a sign with the name under which you made the reservation or the Viator logo. 3. Specific Instructions by Collection Point : For Cruise Passengers (Taino Bay Port): When disembarking, please walk through the commercial area of the port until you reach the main exit. Just outside, you will find the area of tour operators. Our guide will be there waiting for you with the sign. For Cruise Passengers (Amber Cove Port): After disembarking, you will need to walk about 6 - 8 minutes outside the main port area, passing the shops and bars. Upon exiting through the security gate, you will find the meeting area for independent tour operators. Look there for our representative. For Guests at Hotels and Resorts: Pick-up will take place in the main lobby or security/entrance area of your hotel or resort. Please be ready 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Airport Pickups (POP): Our driver will wait for you in the arrival hall, right after you have passed through customs, with a sign with your name. Communication : If for any reason you are late or unable to find your guide, please contact us immediately at the phone or WhatsApp number found on your confirmation voucher. We are here to help you!
