Collection Instructions: For Hotels and Airbnb: Our driver will meet you in the main lobby or at the entrance door of your accommodation. Please be ready 10 minutes before the confirmed time. Look for the vehicle or sign with the "JA Transfers" logo. For Cruisers (Important) : Amber Cove : When you get off the boat, walk through the tent area and exit through the main vehicular access door (passing the security check). Our guide will wait for you outside the front door with a name sign. Taino Bay : When disembarking, proceed to the main meeting point of Taxis and Tour Operators. Look for our sign. If your hotel is not listed, please enter your name or address and we will arrange pick-up. We cover all of Puerto Plata, Playa Dorada and Costa Dorada. (For Sosúa and Cabarete, contact us to coordinate.)

    We begin the adventure by driving the Buggies themselves through exotic trails, riverbeds and muddy roads. We will stop at a typical cottage to sample organic coffee and learn about the local lifestyle.

    Fortaleza San Felipe

    Guided tour inside this 16th century colonial fortress. We will walk along its walls to discover the history of pirates and privateers, and take advantage of the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean to take photos.

    Macorix House of Rum

    An experience for the palate. We will visit the rum house for a tasting of premium rums and flavor liquors. In addition, we will visit an artisan chocolate factory to taste organic Dominican cocoa.

    Walking tour of the most photogenic points of the historic center. We will walk under the colorful sky on Calle de las Umbrillas and visit Paseo de Doña Blanca (pink street) and Central Park with its Victorian architecture.
