We offer pick-up from all hotels, villas and condos in the Puerto Plata, Sosúa and Cabarete areas.
Please wait in the main lobby or at the entrance of your accommodation 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Our driver or guide will carry a sign with the 'JA Transfers and Tours' logo or your name so you can easily identify us.
If your accommodation is not on our standard list or if you are staying in a private rental (Airbnb), please contact us with your exact location to coordinate the nearest meeting point and the precise pick-up time.
