To ensure a timely pickup and that you come ready for action, please read these instructions carefully: 1. Come Ready to Get Wet and Enjoy! To save time and start the fun as soon as possible, we strongly recommend: Come with your swimsuit already on under comfortable clothes. Bring a towel and a change of dry clothes for the return trip. VERY IMPORTANT - FOOTWEAR : It is essential to wear closed water shoes or old sneakers that can get wet. For your safety, flip-flops, flip-flops or loose shoes are not allowed in waterfalls. 2. How to Identify Your Adventure: Our team will be waiting for you on time. It will be easy to find us! Vehicle : Look for our iconic off-road Safari Jeep, ready for adventure. Identification : Our guide will wear a uniform of l emperesa and Tours and will carry a sign with the name of your reservation. 3. Specific Instructions by Collection Point : Cruise Passengers (Taino Bay Port): When you disembark, walk through the commercial area of the port to the main exit. Just outside, in the tour operators area, our guide and the Jeep will be waiting for you. Cruise Passengers (Amber Cove Port): After disembarking, walk about 6 - 8 minutes outside the main port area (past the shops). When you leave through the security gate, you will find the meeting area for independent tour operators. Look for our representative there. Guests at Hotels and Resorts: Pick-up will take place in the main lobby or at the security entrance of your hotel. Please, it is ready 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
