Meeting and pickup
We offer pickup service in most tourist areas. Pickup service is available exclusively in the Punta Cana, Bávaro, and Uvero Alto areas. If your accommodation is located outside these zones, you will be required to make your own way to the designated meeting point.
For hotel pickups, guests must wait at the main entrance of the hotel, next to the security staff, as our drivers are not authorized to enter the hotel premises.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays.
