Meeting and pickup
Pickup is included from all hotels in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, and nearby areas. Please wait at the main lobby of your hotel 40 minutes before the activity start time. The driver will have the excursion name on a list. If your hotel is not listed, please let us know after booking. Important information: Rules & Recommendations for the Buggy Tour: Minimum age: 4 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult). Not recommended for travelers with heart conditions, back problems, or reduced mobility. Pregnant women are not allowed for safety reasons. Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes/sneakers (no fragile sandals). Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, and cash for optional purchases. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Be ready in your hotel lobby 30 minutes before the pickup time. Free cancellations up to 24 hours before the activity. Helmet use is mandatory (provided during the tour). We do not recommend bringing jewelry or valuable items. Providing your phone number and hotel room number after booking is required. Hotel pickup is available from all hotels in Punta Cana and Bávaro (within a 50 km radius of Bávaro). Please provide your hotel details when booking.
