Pickup directly in the hotel lobby. The driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name.
From Hotels in Venice Historic Center:
Venice is car-free; vehicles can reach only Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. A private water taxi can be arranged on request, or you can meet your driver at Piazzale Roma.
