Flight Tracking and Vehicle Assignment
• We begin live tracking of the passenger’s flight using the provided flight number.
• The vehicle timing is adjusted in case of delays or early arrivals.
• Based on the reservation, a suitable vehicle (e.g. VIP Mercedes Vito, sedan, minibus) is scheduled.

Airport Meet & Greet (Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport)
• After passport control and baggage claim, the traveler is greeted at the arrivals hall.
• Our airport representative will be waiting with a signboard displaying the traveler’s name (e.g. “John Smith / Carga Tour”).
• Assistance with luggage is provided if needed.

Transfer Departure
• The traveler is escorted to the designated VIP vehicle.
• The car is clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable. Our driver is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
• Luggage is carefully loaded into the vehicle.
• The journey begins toward the hotel, address, or port specified in the booking.

On-the-Road Services
• Air-conditioning is available throughout the ride.
• Free bottled water and Wi-Fi may be provided (depending on the service tier).
• The driver chooses the fastest and most convenient route depending on traffic conditions.

Arrival and Drop-Off
• Upon arrival, the traveler is dropped off directly at their hotel or desired location.
• Luggage is unloaded, and any final needs are addressed.
• The transfer is marked as completed in our system and a follow-up may be sent for customer feedback.
