Meeting and pickup
Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST) is simple and stress-free.
After passport control, follow the signs to the baggage claim area. Once you collect your luggage, continue following the exit signs and leave the terminal through Exit Gate 13.
As soon as you step outside, you will see elevators on both sides marked “Transportation Floor.”
Take the elevator down to -2 level.
The elevator brings you directly to Exit B. From there, simply walk about 50 meters, and your private vehicle will be waiting for you next to Column B01.
Right after your booking, I personally contact you via WhatsApp and send a clear video guide showing the exact meeting point step by step.

Important Note About Airport Pickup at IST
Due to recent airport regulations, name board meet & greet is no longer allowed inside Istanbul Airport, and large signboards with passenger names have been removed.
As a result, when you exit from Gate 13, you will usually see large crowds and multiple transfer teams gathering passengers.
With many standard services:
Guests are collected in groups
You may wait 10–15 minutes (or more) for other passengers
Then everyone is taken together to the parking area (-2 level)
Additional waiting time of 5–10 minutes may occur due to traffic and vehicle coordination
This means reaching your vehicle can sometimes take 25–30 minutes, even if you booked a “VIP” transfer.
We eliminate all of this.
