A full day in Uco Valley where you end up playing winemaker — and have an amazing time doing it.
Your private driver picks you up from your accommodation and takes you to Finca Sophenia, where you start with a guided tour of the winery and a few glasses to get things going. Then you eat the fun part: you dive into creating your own blend. You taste different varietals, mix, adjust, taste again, and when you find that flavor that feels just right, you bottle it with your own label. It's one of those activities that ends with everyone laughing and kind of amazed at what they pulled off and you take home a bottle of the blend you created.
Then, your driver takes you to Domaine Bousquet to close the day: a 3 course lunch paired with the winery's own wines, with the vineyards and the Andes as your backdrop.
The vibe is relaxed, the food is great, and the kind of lunch you don't really want to leave. When you're done, your driver drops you back at your accommodation.
