In the heart of Cilento, on a terrace overlooking the sea, you’ll cook and share a meal just like we do every day: with simple, local ingredients, slow rhythms, and a lot of joy.
Nonna Maria will guide you step by step as you prepare traditional recipes from our region — dishes passed down through generations, inspired by the Mediterranean Diet and full of flavor and memory. You'll knead, chop, stir, taste… and laugh a lot.
At the end of the lesson, we’ll sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve prepared — with best local wine, good company, and the peaceful light of the Cilento countryside.
This is not a formal culinary school. It’s a family kitchen, where food is love, and every dish has a story.
The pickup for travelers will take place either in front of the main entrance of the Agropoli-Castellabate train station or at the port of Agropoli, in front of the Coast Guard office, depending on the schedule and group needs. Please kindly let us know in advance which pickup point you prefer. The exact meeting point will be confirmed prior to the trip.
