Inform them that you are being picked up by "Provide Company Name" for the "PRIVATE CAR SERVICE" and let them know your destination. 2. Please note that cars are not permitted in the pickup area unless specifically requested by the guest. 3. The airport dispatcher will contact the driver to come down from the parking lot. 4. The airport dispatcher will then direct guests to the designated waiting area for their cars. **Private Airport Pick Up** 1. **Important:** For private airport pickups, please provide the principal guest name, number of passengers, flight tail number, and estimated arrival time. 2. The vehicle(s) will be parked at the FBO, awaiting your arrival. Once you have completed customs and immigration, your driver will be there to welcome you.
