Meeting and pickup
Once you have made your reservation, it is essential that you provide us with the name of your hotel, cruise ship (Amber Cove or Taino Bay) or the address of your accommodation to coordinate your pick-up. The exact time of your pick-up will be confirmed one day before the tour via Viator courier. On the day of the tour, please wait in the main lobby of your hotel or at the designated meeting point in the port. The guide will carry a name sign used in the booking for easy identification. If your hotel is not listed, you can enter the name and address in the comments when booking.
