You’ll learn how to make traditional Japanese miso. You’ll make 1 kg of miso yourself and take it home. After letting it mature at home for 3 to 5 months, it will be ready to eat. After the miso-making experience, you’ll taste five different types of miso. Then, you’ll make and enjoy miso soup and rice balls.
It’s the building with the red stripe. There’s a parking lot diagonally across from the building. A woman wearing an apron will be waiting in front of the building starting five minutes before the start time.
