Arrive at the address listed and proceed to unit #A on the left side of the property. The instructor will be there to meet you. You are able to park in the drive way.

What to expect

We will be doing breakfast/ introductions/ history and background at the meeting point then traveling to the spa for the practicals. Make sure you bring your swimsuit and flip-flops, a change of clothes, hair tie, and robe.
