After making your reservation, please be at the hotel reception at the time specified. Our team will pick you up directly from your hotel, so there's no need to walk anywhere. For a smooth and timely departure, please wait in the lobby/reception, not in your room. If your hotel is in a remote area, we will inform you of the pre-arranged meeting point.
We can invite our guests who wish to use their own means of transportation to our office in Ortahisar Center.
