Whether you’re discovering your first feelings DE gliding or want to progress, take part in a 1h30 group course on the iconic spot DE la Côte des Basques in Biarritz.
EN supervised by our state-educated and passionate instructors, you benefit from structured instruction, adapted to the tides and conditions of the day to evolve safely.
Groups are organized according to age and level, in order DE promote progressive progression and attentive support for each.
Material is provided: just come with your motivation and we will take care of the rest.

Meeting and pickup
DE rendez-vous in front of Biarritz Surf Training School, beach of the Basque Coast.
What to expect
We have changing rooms available to change.
For 30 minutes, warm up and deposit on the sand, to acquire and repeat the movements. For an hour, practice in the water supervised by our instructors!
